Orders are processed after the information supplied by the customer has been checked. We may contact you to confirm delivery details before dispatch.
Estimated delivery is 24–48 hours from confirmation. This is an indication, not a guaranteed deadline. Timing may vary according to destination, courier capacity, weekends, public holidays, weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address and a reachable telephone number. Additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged where permitted by law.
Please check the parcel at delivery. If it is visibly damaged, note the issue with the courier where possible and contact us promptly with photographs.
